Appetizer Catering Proposal

Thank you for your interest in The Cellar Bar & Grill for your next event. We are pleased that you are considering us, and we will do everything possible to make your event all that you expect. Keep in mind that we are always more than happy to customize our menus to meet your needs. 

At The Cellar Bar & Grill  we are glad to work with you personally to create the special meal that you have in mind.  We want to help you make your event a success and one that your guests will remember forever!!!

The Cellar Bar & Grill offers a full line of catering services from backyard casual to formal affairs for up to 300 guests. Each event is handled personally with custom menu planning to fit your party’s needs. We offer Full Service Catering, Set-Up Service Catering and “No Frills” Service.

Our Full-Service Catering includes black heavy weight plastic plates, heavy duty plastic utensils, chafing pans, serving bowls or platters and serving utensils. Our staff will arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to your event and stay through your entire event to ensure all food remains full and disposables stocked. A 20% gratuity is charged for full-service catering.

“No Frills” Service is available for delivery. Food will be securely packaged in disposable containers. Disposable plates, flatware, serving utensils and paper napkins are available on request. There is a 10% gratuity charge for staff delivering your meal. There is a 20 person minimum required for “no frills” service. 

Mileage will be charged for parties located outside a 25 mile radius. A credit card is required to reserve your date. A $100 cancellation fee may be charged on parties cancelled within a week of the event.
